The user can add a credit note to the system by clicking the dollar icon in the top right-hand corner of the Payments screen. This will open a ‘Payment – Create Credit Note’ window in which the user can enter details about the credit note.

  1. The child you are creating the credit note for can be selected from this menu.
  2. A description of the credit note can be entered in this field.
  3. The credit note amount can be entered in this field.
  4. The credit note date can be entered here. By default, this will display the current date. However, the user can change the date by clicking on this field and selecting the required date from the calendar that appears.
  5. The user can cancel, reset or save the credit note using these icons.
