As well as the manager login via the computer you can also decide to allow web access to practitioners. This can be setup easily at any time from the Manager Dashboard. Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Settings’ tab at the top of the screen.
Make sure the ‘Privacy’ tab is selected.
From here you can now choose to ‘Allow web access to practitioners?’ by ticking the checkbox.
Then click ‘Submit’ and the changes will be saved.
Next you will then need to generate a password for each member of staff you wish to have access via the web. Click on the ‘Practitioners’ tab at the top of the screen.
You can selectively allow certain staff members web access (e.g. Group/Room leaders) by only generating a password for these particular practitioners, or you can give web access to all staff.
From this screen, click on a staff member you wish to have web access.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tick the checkbox next to ‘Reset Password’.
Note: This option will not be visible if you have not allowed web access to practitioners under ‘Settings’.
Then click ‘Submit’ to confirm and the system will generate a password.
Note: This process will need to be repeated for all practitioners individually.
Note: The passwords for practitioner will be sent to the manager email entered when their profile was originally set-up (which is shown in the ‘Email’ field).
