You can use the eyLog system to send email messages to all or a group of parents (e.g. nursery newsletters) or to individual parents via your Managers Dashboard. Once you are logged in, click on the 'Messages' tab at the top of your screen. From here you will see any messages in your inbox, for example if a parent has sent you a message. If you wish to send an email click on 'Compose Message'.
You will then be able to select all, a particular group or an individual child in the recipient box at the top. Your message can then be typed in and any attachments added before you either 'Save' or 'Send' the message. This will go to all the parents of the children you have selected in the recipients box.
Note: When sending a message all other email addresses will be hidden from the recipient.
