New managers can be added easily at any time from the Manager Dashboard. To add a manager follow the steps below:

1. Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Settings’ tab at the top of the screen. 


2. Make sure the ‘Managers’ tab is selected and from this screen, click on ‘Add New’

3. You can now fill in details for the new manager including name, email address and a photograph. You can also determine whether you wish the manager to have a profile on the tablets by ticking the checkbox next to ‘Add Manager as Practitioner’. If the manager does not need access to the tablets leave this box unchecked.

4. Then click ‘Submit’ and the manager will appear under the Managers tab on the Settings screen on your Manager Dashboard.

Once you have submitted the new manager, if you have chosen for them to be added as a practitioner, remember to press ‘Refresh’ on the Staff List screen, on all your tablets. This will update the application with any new practitioner settings.

Note: New managers’ login username and password (and PIN code if selected to also be a practitioner) will be sent to the manager email entered when adding their profile.
