If you have checked the above and you are still experiencing problems with your WiFi, you will need to enquire whether your school/nursery also has a proxy server.
A proxy server is a system that acts as an intermediary between your device and another server, such as eyLog, from which your device is requesting a service. Proxy servers offer benefits including better security and network administration as well as allowing anonymous browsing and better browsing through page caching.
A proxy server will require an additional password. This can be entered by holding down on your WiFi network name and clicking ‘Modify network config’ in the pop up box. Type your proxy password in the ‘Password’ box and click ‘Save’. You should then be connected to your proxy server as well as your WiFi network.
