Any event types the nursery needs schedule for both staff and children can be added here. The screen below shows examples of such documents that can be created, to search for an event type enter full or partial detail in any of the blank fields.



To create a new event type, click the  icon in the top right corner of the screen. Please see an explanation of the different fields on this screen explained below.



  1. Enter the name of the event
  2. Enter a brief description of the event
  3. Enter a title name for the data that needs to be captured in this field, e.g. Date effective from
  4. Enter a title name for the data that needs to be captured in this field, e.g. Date effective to
  5. Enter a title name to explain what data needs to be captured in this field, e.g. Amount to increase pay
  6. Enter a title name for the notes column which can be used to add further notes.
  7. Select whether the document is ‘For Staff’ or ‘For child’ or both to indicate who the document can be added for.
