There is no need to uninstall the eyLog application from the tablets at any time. If you have been advised by the eyLog Support Team to reset the application, please refer to the ‘Re-setting the eyLog Application on Any Tablet’ document.

However, if you have accidentally uninstalled the application and you are using a secure eyLog tablet, please follow the steps below to re-install the system onto the tablet.

Press the central button at the bottom of the tablet to return to the home screen from anywhere. From the Home screen click on the ‘Apps’ icon.



Then click on the ‘ES File Explorer’ icon.



You will be asked to enter a password. Enter 4275386 and the ES File Explorer will open.


On the left side of the screen, click on ‘Tools’.



Then click on ‘Download Manager’ followed by ‘New’ at the bottom on the screen.



In the pop up box, type in the following web address: https://eylog.co.uk/support/apk/eylog.apk then click ‘Download Now’.

 Note: The tablet may automatically change the URL to capitals, please ensure it is all in lower-case before clicking ‘Download Now’.



Once the download is complete, tap on the eyLog.apk file from the download list.



Then click Install’ in the dialog box that pops up to complete the installation.



After the installation is complete, click ‘Open’ to open the eyLog application, the Serial ID and Password screen will load. Enter the 16-digit Seral ID and Password unique to your nursery. 


Note: These can be found on your Manager Dashboard under ‘Settings’ then ‘System’.

Note: Kindly make sure to enter them exactly as shown retaining the case and hyphens.



Note: To create a shortcut for eyLog application on the Home screen, tap and hold the application icon on the list of Apps then drag and drop the icon on to the Home screen and/or to the list of icons in the bottom task bar.
